LOVE♥RIBON♥FUROKU An exhibition of supplements to girls’ manga magazine Ribon

Ribon magazine reached shojo (girls’) magazines highest circulation numbers ever, peaking at 2.55 million copies in 1994, a record that remains unbroken. Ribon magazine has led the way.
In this exhibition we will focus on the furoku from the period that enchanted those 2.5 million girls, as the pivotal axis from which to follow the changes in furoku culture from the dawn of Ribon to the present day.
