A BEEF ONLY outdoor food event specializing only in beef. A new event concentrating only on the deliciousness of beef will finally be born in 2021!
The menu is all “beef dishes.
From the ever-popular “meat sushi” and “thick-cut beef tongue,” to 100% wagyu hamburgers, yaki-shabu, steaks, and dumplings, there will be an array of dishes that only use beef. In particular, we will offer a space filled with new beef cuisine experiences, including brand-name beef and a variety of menus arranged by our chefs.
It is also noteworthy that the menu is composed of many dishes that are easy to share or can be eaten all by one person.
Beef Fest” is a project to deliver the “deliciousness” of Japan’s proud meat culture to everyone, including the restaurants and producers who were hit by the Corona disaster.
