Niigata Senbei Okoku

Senbei Okoku, which means “the kingdom of rice crackers,” offers visitors the rare opportunity to try roasting rice crackers by hand, then eat the freshly baked crackers. Additionally, visitors can see employees baking rice crackers in the factory. There’s also a souvenir shop that sells a wide variety of souvenirs, including original goods only available at Senbei Okoku!
