The massive balloon installation that made headlines last year returns in a new form—now reimagined as a snowman to create a warmer, more approachable world of light. Wrapped in shimmering blue illumination, the streets of Shibuya once again transform into a magical winter tradition.
A 900-Meter Stretch Immersed in Blue Light
From Shibuya Koen-dori to Yoyogi Park, approximately 900 meters of the city will once again be bathed in blue light—so striking and beautiful that visitors naturally stop in their tracks.
The moment the lights switch on, the contrast of silence and glowing blue radiance fills the area with a serene yet festive atmosphere. This year’s new snowman-themed installation adds an inviting warmth to the entire cityscape.
