As it is said to be “cold weather”, many sake brews make sake for the winter.
In the latter part of the construction, there is a process of dividing fermented wine (moromi) into sake and cake.
This is called “squeezing”, “rising fish”, “upper tank”, “tank cliff (Funagake)” and so on. In short, it is to squeeze a mushy liquid umbrella and divide it into clear liquid (liquor) and individual (lees).
The sake just after doing this “squeeze” is “freshly squeezed”.
◆ In addition to brewers in Chiba prefecture, we also plan to exhibit, taste and sell a variety of sake such as sake made with Ciba-kun as label, pear made from Chiba prefecture, local sake using fruits, local beer etc. I will.
