Men Busho Gaiden – Saku no Jin, a ramen festival featuring popular ramen shops from Nagano Prefecture, will be held from March 20 to March 22, 2026, at Saku Citizen Exchange Plaza in Saku City, Nagano.
The theme of the event is “The First Bowl”, where each participating ramen shop serves the ramen that represents its origin or starting point. Visitors can enjoy a lineup of ramen created by six local restaurants, including dishes such as Shinshu Chicken Paitan Ramen, Shinshu Rich Miso Ramen, Tonkotsu Soy Sauce Ramen, Rich Chicken Chuka Soba, and Iso Shio Ramen.
Admission to the festival is free, making it easy for visitors to stop by and experience Nagano’s ramen culture. Ramen bowls are sold through a common ticket system for 1,000 yen per bowl, with tickets available at a special tent inside the venue.
The event will also feature a beer garden area, allowing guests to enjoy drinks alongside ramen. On the final day, a special stage performance by Choshu Koriki from Nishiguchi Pro Wrestling is scheduled, with performances planned both in the morning and afternoon.
Located within walking distance from Sakudaira Station, the festival offers easy access for travelers. For ramen fans visiting Nagano, this three-day food event is a chance to taste several regional ramen styles in one place.
