Every January, Budounoki hosts the Noufuku Festa at Ueno Park to help more people learn about and engage with “Noufuku Collaboration,” an initiative that connects agriculture and welfare.
The event serves as an opportunity to raise awareness, encourage support, and inspire participation.
Noufuku Collaboration promotes cooperation between agriculture and welfare, creating opportunities for people with disabilities and others to take on meaningful roles.
Through securing places to work and supporting physical and mental well-being, the initiative aims to foster a sense of purpose while contributing to the creation of a sustainable, inclusive local community.
