Yakiniku Matsuri in Bitter Cold 2020

This unique festival was organized with the aim of introducing Kitami as the region featuring yakiniku barbecue. Since yakiniku makes both bodies and hearts warm, the event is held in the coldest season, early February, at minus 10 degrees Celsius or under while roasting meat on shichirin charcoal stoves.
