Special wineries from Yamanashi Prefecture gather at the square in Saiko Amuse Village!
During the day, the restaurant is marche-style where you can enjoy seasonal flavors such as wine, fruits such as Shine Muscat, game meat, sweet potatoes, and olive oil.
In the evening, top-class chefs Masaya Toyoshima and Takumi Suzuki, who have been featured in the global gastronomy guide Gault & Millau, will select the best wines from five wineries in Yamanashi Prefecture and create the best dishes for each type. We offer premium dinner courses created through collaboration and reservations only.
There are also plenty of activities and workshops, such as eating snacks while kayaking on Lake Saiko, making pizza, and making Yamanashi fruit parfaits.
