Tsubakimori Komuna is a community and café space operated by Takusho Kaihatsu (Head office: Chiba City, Chiba Prefecture, CEO: Hideyuki Kudo), located 9 minutes on foot from JR Chiba Station, close to Chiba Park.
The event “WAN-WAN komuna” is held from Thursday 1 August; it is a great place for dogs to enjoy the Japanese summer, even if they are having trouble finding a good walking route when it is hot outside.
◆Cool spots to enjoy the Japanese summer with your dog
Tsubakimori Komuna is an outdoor facility, but its large ginkgo and oak trees provide shade, and its location on a hill makes it like a summer retreat.
Mist is provided, water is sprinkled regularly and dog food is offered to make your stay even more comfortable. There is also a cool spot where you can fill a tub with water and let your dog have a ‘footbath’.
*Please bring your own towels.
◆Original illustrated Japanese fan as a present!
During the event, you can get a Japanese fan with the designer’s original doggy illustration as a present if you come with your doggy.

◆Summer-only cool menu for dogs too!
Three cool summer sodas (550 yen each) for owners and fruit ice cream for dogs (from 200 yen) are available for a limited time only.
The nostalgic cream sodas, Tsubakimori Komuna’s original Yuzu Lemon Soda and Fruit Soda are available.
For dogs, there are two types of fruit ice cream: berry yoghurt and kiwi mango. Comes with an original illustration flag. Please choose your favourite flavour.
◆Doggies gather! Doggie off-line meeting
On Tuesdays and Saturdays from 16:00 to 21:00, off-line meetings will be held for dog breeds during the event!
Please enjoy taking photos and exchanging information with other dogs of the same breed gathered on the day, and use it as a community space for customers to enjoy each other’s company.
*1 Advance booking is not required. Please be aware that there may be no other dogs available at certain times.
*2 When owners bring their dogs to our restaurant and order a hamburger, burger combo or summer soda, you will receive a free fruit ice-cream for your dog.
